Was f\u00fcr ein Zufall, die Welt ist so klein! Eine der beiden kennt sogar Freunde von mir aus Quer\u00e9taro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Und so vergeht die Busfahrt ziemlich schnell. Das Hostel in Ljubljana ist jedoch ein echter Reinfall. Direkt an einer gro\u00dfen Stra\u00dfe, das Bad ist dreckig und die Mitarbeiter sind unfreundlich. Dort lerne ich Sienna kennen, ein M\u00e4dchen aus Australien, die jetzt in London als Videografin arbeitet. Wir verbringen den n\u00e4chsten Tag zusammen. Wir spazieren durch das idyllische Ljubljana, gehen auf den Markt und kraxeln den Berg zur Burg hoch. Das Wetter ist herrlich, die Stadt voll und zwischendrin Tausende von M\u00e4nnern im Kilt. Und so langsam realisiere ich, dass das kein Zufall ist. Anscheinend findet in zwei Tagen ein Fu\u00dfballspiel zwischen Schottland und Slowenien statt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Was am Anfang noch ganz lustig erscheint, wird schnell zu viel. Im Caf\u00e9 wollen Schotten zu mir an den Tisch. \u00dcberall in der Stadt Geschrei. Ich fl\u00fcchte auf eine Bootstour, um den Schotten zu entfliehen. F\u00fcnf Minuten sp\u00e4ter sitze ich im Boot. (Wahrscheinlich zu langweilig.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Am n\u00e4chsten Morgen stehe ich am Busbahnhof ohne Plan. Mit dem einzigen Ziel, am Tag des Fu\u00dfballspiels nicht in Ljubljana zu sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eigentlich wollte ich nach Bled, doch ich bin angeschlagen und hier in Slowenien wird es immer k\u00e4lter. Und nachdem ich die Menschenmassen sehe, f\u00e4llt meine Entscheidung schnell auf den n\u00e4chsten Bus Richtung S\u00fcden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ich warte 50 Minuten, da mein Bus Versp\u00e4tung hat. Am Busbahnhof von Ljubljana finden gerade Bauarbeiten statt, sodass nur eine einzige Toilette f\u00fcr den gesamten Bahnhof ge\u00f6ffnet ist. Eine Riesenschlange davor. Ich lege mich ins Plastikgras vor die Absperrung, die das Baustellenchaos verdeckt, und genie\u00dfe die Sonne, w\u00e4hrend ich das Drama der Toilettenknappheit beobachte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mein Hostel in Rijeka, einer kleinen Hafenstadt im Norden Kroatiens, liegt ganz oben auf dem Berg. Mit meinem Optimismus laufe ich nat\u00fcrlich zu Fu\u00df, untersch\u00e4tze den Weg jedoch ma\u00dflos. Zehn Kilo auf dem R\u00fccken, 50 Minuten Treppen hoch in der prallen Mittagssonne bringen mich an meine Grenzen. Irgendwie schaffe ich es. Mein Hostel ist leer. Einfach perfekt! Nach so viel Sozialisierung will ich niemanden sehen. Das Hostel ist sauber und hat einen Blick aufs Meer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meine Nachbarn: ein Kloster. Ich gehe jeden Tag zum Strand und lausche an einem Tag gespannt einer aufgebrachten Gruppe spanischer Jungs, die mich ansprechen wollen. Am letzten Strandtag passiert dann das Ungl\u00fcck. Da der Strand voller Kies ist, lege ich meine Flipflops immer an den Wasserrand. Nach dem Schwimmen kann ich beim Rauslaufen gar nicht so schnell gucken, da hat eine Riesenm\u00f6we meinen Flipflop im Maul und versenkt ihn in den Tiefen des Meeres. Die Strandmenge lacht. Sowas hat mir gerade noch gefehlt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Barfu\u00df auf hei\u00dfem Teer 30 Minuten zur\u00fcck zum Hostel laufen. Auf halbem Weg nehme ich mir einen Bolt, um mir nicht vollst\u00e4ndig die F\u00fc\u00dfe zu verbrennen. Die Blicke des Bolt-Fahrers fragen sich, welche Art von Hippie ich wohl sein mag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So geht meine Zeit in Rijeka zu Ende mit einem voll Vitamin D Tank und einem neuem Erzfeind: M\u00f6ven.&nbsp;<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jetzt angekommen am MEER endlich. Nichts h\u00e4lt mich mehr auf.
